João Duque

Joao Duque is working for the Portuguese Regulatory Body in the field of postal communications and electronic communications (ICP-ANACOM) dealing, in particular, with the Spectrum Management Division.
He has been working in frequency planning as well in spectrum engineering, and has been dealt with a wide range of technical and regulatory issues related to spectrum such as UMTS/LTE; DVB-T; analysis to support the national decisions for ESV; FWA; BWA and Multiband auctions, LTE/ARNS compatibility analysis involving measurement campaigns; WLAN/METEO Radars (DFS) studies and measurements. Also is being involved in the national technical committee for standardization (CTE210).
Qualification:
2010: Master degree in Telecommunications, University of Coimbra, Faculty of Science and Technology.
2000: Electronics Engineer, University of Coimbra, Faculty of Science and Technology.
